Prince Philip, Duke of Crestfall (Philip Augustus Novellen; born 1759) is the heir presumptive to the Imperial throne as the third child and second son of Anne I and Joseph II.

Prince Philip Augustus, or the Duke of Crestfall as he became known as in later life, belongs to the Imperial House of Novellen. He was born in 1759 at Novellen Palace, Helena. His mother, Anne Augusta was the heir presumptive to Peter III, the reigning Holy Orenian Emperor at the time.

Arms of Philip Augustus, Duke of Crestfall: Quarterly, first and fourth sable, on a cross potent or a eye gules, second and third gules an eagle argent crowned, armed and beaked or, the wings charged with trefoils or. Overall a label of three points argent each charged with three ermine sable.

The Duke of Crestfall's arms were granted and confirmed in 1795 by the Imperial King of Arms, Tiberius John Hartcold. Philip bears the arms of the House of Novellen, which itself is the quartered arms of the House of Helane and the House of Sarkozic, differenced by a label of three points ermine
