History
Vailor
House de Savin was originally a common merchant family of Heartlander origins, famous for their talent in woodworking, creating the most best and most detailed furniture in the city of Riga. At this time they were nowhere near to have a noble status in the Orenian empire. During the Riga war, House de Savin had to flee from their own hometown and was forced to live their lifes out as refugees in the Caliphate, which later became the Sultanate of Haria. The original founder of the house, Abdel de Savin lived his life out as a mercenary, leaving two sons behind, Allaudin de Savin and Abdes de Savin.

Uppon arival in the new realm, the oldest brother, Allaudin de Savin sought to live a better life. He and his brother Abdes de Savin moved to capital of the Archduchy of Lorraine, Metz. After many years of serving the Archduke in his army, they were gifted with a small piece of land where they would soon construct their new keep and a small village would've been built near it. This turned out to be a success and it attracted quite some families. People who wanted to live a peaceful life. The de Savins still helped the Archduke as they were still his vassal, fighting in many other battles they were involved in. The Emperor Philip I Frederick rewarded the House by making them of noble decent. Allaudin, the oldest son of Abdel de Savin, became the Baron, and the barony was simpy named after their own House, Savinia.
After many years of ruling their barony, a man known as Tobias Staunton approached the two brothers, asking them to help them against the tyrant Emperor. Allaudin simply refused to help the man, but Abdes agreed with Tobias. Both Stauntons and de Savins knew eachother well in the old times of Riga. So Abdes turned in against his own brother and made an official declaration for Courland. During the Battle of the Gorge the de Savins were split into two. One side was lead by Allaudin de Savin and the other by Abdes de Savin. After a clear victory of the Coalition members, Allaudin knew that he was on the wrong place and joined his brother. After the battle of the Golden fields he went missing and Abdes de Savin took over his role as Baron of Savinia.
After the dissolution of the Holy Orenian Empire in 1595, House de Savin was granted a Duchy for their help in the Coalition war against Oren. Together with the help of a man called Daedalus, they start constructing their new castle on the isle of Asul and they hire a few other architects to build their town. He called the place 'The fields of Veldin'
