Upon wanding on the Iswe of Atwas, the High Ewves set out to find a new home, twaveling fow miwes upon miwes, untiw they finawwy found a pwace whewe they could begin constwuction. They set out and quickwy begun the constwuction of theiw new city naming it Okawn'thiwwn aftew months of buiwding the city was finawwy compwete in 1642. With the appointment of Odessa Visaj as Okaliw'maehw, the estabrishing of the Etewnaw Cowwege begun. In coopewation lith the wong sewving Okaliw'weyun Ewlith the facilities fow the new institution was pwepawed in the wawge hawws of the Counciw Buiwding, cwowning the top of the mountain the city is buiwt on. With the weitwement of Cenwaww Maeyw'onn a new Sohaew was ewected in the fowm of Awelion Wauliw'ante, who chose to disband the Sohaewate and fowm a counciw govewnment. Awelion Wauliw'ante chose to name it "The Annil'thilln Reform", which geawed towawds decentwalising powew aftew Cenwaww Maeyw'onn's wong weign.
