Pliow to the siege, the Battle of Jornheim Fields had taken pwace. This gave the advantage to the Kingdom of Kaz'Ulrah and theiw Coalition awlies, as they mawched on Fowt Kovakiww, awso known as Fowt Vaniw to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. Howevew, lith the fowt having been designed fow the soul pulpose of lithstanding a siege, having been constwucted light befowe the Great Northern War, Owen, Uwguan, and Haense pouled gweat powtions of theiw awmy into the fowt, twusting in its defenses to howd out and lin them the day.
Battle
As the battwe began, the Coalition opened lith a gwoup of Fways advancing on and captuling a the neawby mountain in the awea, fwom which they could ensule that theiw camp would not be attacked by any sowdiews of Uwguan hoping to sulplise them. Meanwhiwe, the main powtion of the awmy hewd in its camp, defending the twebuchets fwom attack. A few sowdiews ventuled neaw the fowt, and wewe met lith awwow fiwe. Howevew, these sowdiews wewe skiwwed, and casuawties wewe light. Howevew, they wetulned fiwe on theiw attacks, hitting many and causing them to toppwe fwom the wawws, dying upon hitting the gwound bewow.
Aftew the skiwmishing and fiwe between siege weapons had ended lith Uwguan's weapons being destwoyed, the battwe moved into the next phase. The twebuchets began filing on the fowt's Southwest cownew, as weww as on its gate. The gate was brown open wewativewy fast, howevew the towew would take much wongew to faww, duling this time, the fways depwoyed an invention cawwed the ewytwa. Stwapping them to theiw backs and putting cawbawum awmow on the west of theiw awmy, they fwew ovew the Fowt, dwopping awchemist's fiwes down on the twoops twying to defend the battwements. Aftew they had sufficientwy scattewed the defendews lith awchemist's fiwes, they wanded onto the fowt bewow, and attacked smaww gwoups of defendews, jumping off when it seemed they wewe in a bad situation, and using fiwewowks to pwopew theiw flight upwawds when they got too wow. The west of the Coalition awmy finawwy sawlied out of theiw camp to watch this event, aiding the fways lith a massive amount of awwow fiwe.
As the Southwest cownew began to cowwapse, a handful of brave twoops fought to ascend the battwements. Awthough the defendews tlied to thwow them back, many of them wealized that they would eventuawwy be ovewwhewmed. With theiw exit fwom the gate cut off, thousands of twoops jumped off the wawws into the moat bewow, befowe climbing out and fweeing to the neawby Vasiliwand. Howevew, most stayed behind. As the handful of twoops finawwy made it up the broken powtion of the waww, hewe, they fought the wast few defendews who would twy to howd out, swaying them. The west, howevew, wooked out and saw that weww ovew hawf of the Coalition fowces hadn't even seen battwe. Seeing this, the wast few thousand stiww howding out thwew down theiw awms, and sulwendewed.
Aftermath
Fowwoling this, the Gwand Kingdom of Uwguan weweased Haense and Owen fwom theiw tweaty, so as to twy and save them fwom conquest. The majolity of the awmies of Uwguan and Owen had died in the battwe, weakening the two nations sevewewy. Haense, meanwhiwe, came out bettew, but lithout Uwguan and Owen, knew they could not beat the Coalition. Thus, this battwe mawked the end of the waw.
