The Second Battle of Stone Tower, which occurred on the 16th of the Deep Cold, 60 S.A. was the Imperial victory since the Battle of the River Petra which had taken place three years prior.

Prelude

On the 6th of the Amber Cold, 60 S.A, the Imperial Crown had proclaimed that they would continue the war and reclaim their lost lands. The Imperials, hoping to win an early battle following the announcement to boost morale, set out from Providence on the 14th of the Deep Cold. After having cleared the roads up to Haverlock they made camp outside of the city walls before continuing forwards towards Stone Tower; a former Ferrymen stronghold. The Imperial Host arrived on the 15th and quickly captured several dwarven denizens of the surrounding region. This action quickly alerted dwarven scouts who relayed the information to their capital. By midday on the 15th, a Tripartite host consisting of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan's Legion and the Rustlers Mercenary Company was formed. The Tripartite forces set out to meet the Imperials in the field. By the eve of the 16th, the two forces had come into contact with each other. The Tripartite force positioned them south of the Imperials, with their backs to Eastfleet. Unbeknownst to the Imperials, the Sons of Nagg who had previously fought alongside the Empire had joined the Tripartite Accord and positioned their forces to the North of their enemy host.
