Ruslan Amador the First was the Patriarch of the House of Amador during the first settlements of Axios. He was, during his lifetime, titled Baron of Mondstadt within the County of Metterden. He was a Primary collaborator in the Deep Cold Uprising.

Early History

The History of the House of Amador traces its history back to its founder, Jack Amador back in 1378. Jack Amador was known to have been a skillful merchant and wealthy individual that wandered around the Holy Orenian Empire and the other human kingdoms. By the time of Ruslan Amador, the wealth of the House of Amador could not be ignored. Ruslan was able intelligently use his acquired wealth to gain political station, first within the Empire, then (after becoming a landed noble) as a steward within the Royal Privy/Aulic Council of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska.

Although records of such are lost to us, it is known that Ruslan married Abrielle Solari, who herself was a steward of the County of Metterden for the House of Ruthern, a similar profession to her Husband. Given their birth-dates, it is assumed that their marriage may have taken place circa 1560.

In 19th of the Amber Cold, 1573, Ruslan I of the House of Amador, having worked diligently in the Northern Lands for the John III, Holy Orenian Emperor was granted the Barony of Mondstadt, a title that they would attempt to hold all the way to the present day and has since been considered the Ancestral seat of House Amador. For reasons unknown to us, in 1582, Ruslan officially moved the House of Amador under the protection of Dmitri Viktor II Ruthern, 3rd Count of Metterden, becoming their vassal until 1583, when they then transferred their fealty to the Andrik II of the House of Barbanov.

Marriage for Ramdir

Circa 1580, Ruslan Amador met with Ser Guy Owyn Jrent, who was able to arrange a betrothal for his daughter, Anna Sophia, to his own son & heir of House Amador, Ramdir. Just before the wedding took place, Anna’s knightly father was killed in a duel by Lord Warwick Rothesay, leaving Anna an orphan. She mourned for 3 months before marrying married Ramdir.

The Deep Cold Uprising

In the early winter of 1585, King Andrik II of Haense, later titled "The Winter King", staged a short insurgency against the Holy Orenian Empire to gain the independence of the Kingdom of Haense. The rebellion occurred during the infamous Year of Four Emperors. and ended with the abdication and imprisonment of King Andrew II, and the reaffirmation of fealty by numerous northern lords and aristocrats to the Imperial State. Andrew was executed therein after, with other of his bannermen receiving punishment as well (Most notably, the Margrave of Vasiland, who had his right-hand removed). Baron Ruslan Amador of Mondstadt was named as one of the three conspirators of the Deep Cold Uprising, however, the historical record is (as of yet) unclear as to what punishment may or may not have been tolled upon the House of Amador. It is known that Count Sergei Kovachev's public support for the Empire convinced Count Dmitri of Metterden to fold to Imperial whims instead of in support for King Andrik II.

In 1587, Anna Sophia blessed Ruslan with his grandchildren: Owyn Ruslan and Alyssa Adelheid.

Death

In the Season of Deep Cold, 1589, Baron Ruslan I Amador of Mondstadt passed away, due to a long-term illness that is suspected to have been some form of Lung disease. To honor his memory, and his legacy, a funeral was planned in the Three Saints Church, located in St Karlsburg, Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska .
