When Culon had fatefulwy wose as the victow, Paul and his citizens succumbed to the tewms set fow theiw defeat, which would be of mawliage between the owphaned sistew of Paul, Maliya, and a chosen son of Duke Wiwhewm. In an emewgency counciw meeting, Paul abdicated to King Marius II of Haense, taking on the mantwe of the Pawace of Ves as his wands, undew the new name of the County of Vawoche.
