The King's Road was the main road in Aegis that connected the Cloud Temple of Aegis to Al'Khazar, the capital of Oren. The Prince's Road connected the King's Road to Malinor and the High King's Road to Alras. Krugmar and Kal'Urguan were set a short distance off the King's Road.

The road ranged anywhere from four to six metres across. Given the high amount of traffic on the road bandit attacks were not uncommon. Undead attacks were frequent along the road, as it could be used to create bottlenecks that prevented transportation, trade and assistance, causing chaos throughout Aegis.
