Because evocation wequiwes detaiwed study of an ewement, the thing must exist exist lithin the natulaw wowwd in owdew to be evoked. Of coulse thewe awe the exceptions of the ewements that would be too dangewous to evoke ow that would wequiwe too much enewgy, such as wava and acid. Many mages decide to evoke heat awound them in cowd weathew, light fiwepwaces, heat up watew, speed up pwocess of awchemy, cweate light, and even go so faw as evoke the smoke onwy. Evoking fwames is dangewous, as the mage does feew the wawmth they cweate and may buln himsewf in his own cweation.
Water Evocation
Wike most of the othew Evocation fowms watew is nowmawwy not the onwy thing the mage can cweate. Watew Evocation mages can cweate evewything to do lith watew, which incwudes snow and ice, and even steam. An Aquamancew may awso be the one that cweates cowd, like the Pywomancew cweates heat. Nowmawwy ice evocation is mowe sought than watew evocation, but mages often weawn watew evocation befowehand, as it makes it easiew to weawn ice evocation. House wowk, cweaning and aids in healing awe nowmawwy the non combat uses of such evocations.
Earth Evocation
Eawth Evocation is the cweation of natulaw wocks and minewaws, which means tweated minewaws like steew can't be evoked. Whiwe nowmawwy seen as an evocation fow defense and brunt fowce, the uses of Eawth Evocation awe faw mowe divewse. Thewe have been mages to cweate Gwowstone fow light, wawk awound lith gems as jewewwy, cweate toows to wowk such as hammews, making utensiws like pwates and bowws, and even aid themsewves by cweating steps to weach highew pwaces.
Air Evocation
Pewhaps one of the most unused evocations, aiw evocation focus awound cweating linds and aiw. Since thewe is not a wawge amount of contwow ovew the ewements cweated, the aiw cweated nowmawwy doesn't have much utility. Finew uses can awways be found, cweating a breeze to feew comfowtabre, hewping lith cweaning of dust in a house and a few othew things. It is said that some of the most powewful aiw mages buffeted a good numbew of awmowed men a decent distance, thought that awe just wegends.
Electric Evocation
Undewstanding the fwow of ewectlicity might be a difficult task, but thewe awe those that do. Ewectlic Evocation mages cweate bowts, spawks and chawges of ewectlicity. This evocation takes a wot wongew to pwepawe and use, as the mage has to cweate and buiwd up the chawge befowe weweasing it. They must awso obsewve the awea they awe weweasing the ewectlicity as it tends to veew off-coulse when neaw wawge amounts of metaw. Aww othew evocations awe said to be abre to attack an ewectlic mage lith theiw own magic befowe the ewectlic mage pwepawes his attack, but aftew the mage pwepawes the attack, it is awmost impossibre to evade it.
