Known for his military prowess, Caspian-Lucian d'Arkent was born in Helena in 1792, three years prior to the evacuation to Almaris. In Almaris Caspian gained a notable reputation as a leading figure in the Imperial State Army during the Sedan Rebellion in which he led several of the battles, even going as far to defeat the House Bishop host in a hundred against five hundred that saw him knighted afterward.
