Theodosia Illeana O'Rourke (17th of Sun's Smile, 1824 - Present) otherwise referred to as Theodosia of Halstaig or Theodosia 'The Black' was primarily known for her roles as the 5th Countess of Halstaig and 1st Lord Vicar of Arentania and Oltermont. Additionally, she was well remembered for scribing the original draft of the Orenian Peerage Reforms.
Childhood & Adolesence
As Countess of Halstaig
Following her mother's unexpected death in 1849, Theodosia ascended to the comital throne of Halstaig. Her leadership skills were immedtitely put to the test as in the following month, the infamous Aster Revolution had begun. Early into the month of Tobias's Bounty, Philip Amadeus, the grandson of the emperor at the time, Philip II declared a formal rebellion against his grandfathers rule. At the time of the declaration, Theodosia resided in the far western reaches of the Empire, unable to attend to the immediate conflict. She had initially intended to remain neutral during the dispute however, after learning that Philip Amadeus had reached Providence with his army, Theodosia ventured to the capital with a small escort to swear fealty to the new emperor.
