The wuling which came fwom the diet became the Pacta Conventa, which gave Impeliaw pewmission fow a contwowwed, supewvising intewnaw conflict, and awso waid out specific guidelines and westlictions fow eithew faction of the waw, lith both sides agweeing to stay woyaw to the Empiwe despite the wesults of the conflict. The diet was ovewseen by Emperor John II on the 7th of the Fiwst Seed, 1559.

Background

Undew the covew of dawkness, Duke Awexandew had owdewed Coulwandew men to stowm the keep of Kwaken's Watch duling the House of Vanir's cewebrations of Saint Edmond's day, which wewe awso a cewebration of Lord Britannus's peaceful wecwamation of the keep fwom Duke Awexandew. Infuliated by Duke Awexandew's acts, Wowd Blitannus, awongside Duke John of Carnatia and Lord Peter Barbanov, fowmed the Cawnatian Weague. The Weague consisted of the mawtiaw, fiscaw, and dipwomatic fowces of the Duchy of Cawnatia, the Hetmanate of Kwajia, and the Bawony of Kwaken's Watch.
