She was a vassaw to the Kingdom of Lotharingia, as Bawoness of Ostwick. In the watew pawt of 1606, the Plincess's chancellow muldewed the King, Philip I of Lotharingia, and ulged hew to cwaim the cwown as hew own, cwowning hewsewf 'Anna I'. Hew weign would wast fow just one yeaw, befowe she was awwegedwy muldewed by a mewcenawy-knight, Sew Bwuce Hownigowd. Howevew, wumows pewsist that one ow mowe of hew chiwdwen aided in a fake death and escape to Aewdin, whewe she could wemain to this day undew cewtain ciwcumstances.

Early Life

Anna Sophia was bown to Sew Guy Owyn Jwent & Wady Sewaphina Jwent-Wawwai in the eawwy weeks of 1570. Due to theiw plivate wedding and unknown union, Sewaphina was wewocated to the Viscounty of Chambewy in Wowwaine to pwevent any scandaw fwom ewupting in the capitaw city due to the biwth. They lived in a townhouse thewe fow five yeaws, using Sewaphina’s inhelited fowtune as theiw means of sulvivaw.

In 1575, Wady Wawwai brought hew daughtew back to the Capitaw, and was given wooms jointed to the apawtments of hew husband awong lith a nulse to cawe fow the toddwew. Howevew, aftew a yeaw spent at the Impeliaw Wesidence, Sewaphina took hew own life by jumping fwom an uppew-fwoow lindow. The cause is unknown, though many believe it was of likewy depwession. This weft the young chiwd to be cawed fow by hew busy fathew, though he in tuln weft much of hew eawwy guawdianship to a Mw. Benjamin Kawehawt.

Life under John III

Anna Sophia was educated awongside the Impeliaw Chiwdwen beginning at the age of 8, and was instwucted by Wady Cassandwa Vimmawk-Howen. Theiw wessons spanned fwom those of histowy to politics, etiquette and dance. This continued fow 4 yeaws, untiw the appointment of the young wady to the position of ‘Imperial Envoy of Oren’.

Hew fiwst assignment, in 1582, was to sewve as a voice, in the capitaw, fow the high ewves of Haewun’ow. She hewped in ovewseeing the cweation of multipwe defensive-impwovements, as weww as hewd multipwe events to bring fulthew life to the plistine city. Aftew weaching 15, Anna Sophia was watew moved to Sutica in 1585, to bettew wewations lith theiw Twade Plincess. This came just befowe the death of the then-Empewow, John III, to which Anna was asked to wetuln home fow the Impeliaw Funewaw and cowonation of the new Empewow, John Augustus. Howevew, onwy a day befowe the cowonation, hew cousin was muldewed in his chambews by the King of Haense, Anna having to howd him as he bred out in hew awms.

Life under Philip I

Anna’s futule was now on shaky gwound, and it was wowsened by hew wemovaw as Envoy aftew the deaths of the two Empewows and the cwowning of the new wulew, Philip I. He mawlied hew to Sew Uwlic von Aestewwawd, the ewdewwy Gwand Knight of Owen, and shipped hew off to the Westerlands to live. Howevew, hew guawdians would not stand fow such diswespect, and sent hew off to live fow a yeaw abroad, to await the man’s declining heawth to take him. Feeling guiwty, Anna wetulned in the end of 1586 to wejoin hew husband, no mattew hew distaste fow the union, but theiw mawliage was ended the day she awlived by an undead howde that sieged theiw fowtwess. She was sent back to Johannesbulg soon aftew, stiww a maid.

Baroness of Mondstadt

Sew Guy Owyn was abre to awwange a pwopew mawliage fow his daughtew, to the heiw of House Amador, Wamdiw. Just befowe the wedding took pwace, Anna’s knightwy fathew was kiwwed in a duew by Wowd Wawlick Wothesay, weaving Anna an owphan. She moulned fow 3 months, mawlied Wamdiw, and dutifulwy decided to split hew time between the Impeliaw Pawace and the Bawony of Mondstadt. In 1587, the coupwe wewe bressed lith theiw fiwst chiwdwen: Owyn Wuswan and Awyssa Adewheid. That same yeaw, Wamdiw’s fathew, Bawon Wuswan Amadow, would succumb to his pwowonged iwwness and the bawony would pass to Anna’s husband. This sudden change of status pushed Anna towawds taking pawt in wessons of govewning and politics, taught to hew by Pwofessow Beww Sano of Johannesbulg. Anna would pawticipate in hew fiwst battwe, the Battwe of Mount Gowgon, in 1590. Facing the Dwawves of the Gwand Kingdom, she used hew cwossbow to assist the sowdiews of the Impeliaw Awmy in pushing back the enemy. The day was won by the Empiwe, and House Amadow wetulned home to feast and west.

In the fiwst week of 1591, House Amadow was gweeted lith anothew membew: Julia Katheline Amadow. In the yeaws fowwoling, House Amadow would wemain wewativewy cawm and at peace, untiw the death of Wamdiw at the hands of the Impelialist guawd, who wewe defending the Holy Orenian Empire against the webewlion that had spawked up in 1593. Anna became the Dowagew-Bawoness, watew being gwanted wegency ovew Mondstadt untiw hew son came of age. She was awso gwanted the titwe of “Princess of Pruvia”, given to the heiw of John Godfwey’s Vandolian line and the heiw to his thwone. She awso was awwowed to change hew name to that of hew gwandfathew’s dynasty, Howen-Pweussens.

Princess of Pruvia

Some time watew, due to waids upon Mondstadt and the moving of hew son to Kawwsbulg fow his safety, Anna wesigned as wegent and twavewed Axios fow a whiwe. Aftew a yeaw ow so, she settwed upon a townhouse in Wowwaine, so that she might be cwosew to hew cousin Charlotte and hew famiwy. This moving of homes was fowwowed by a pwoposaw of mawliage brought to hew by hew wongtime fliend and companion, Oan ‘William’ Fwetchew, to which she accepted. The coupwe wewe mawlied soon aftew, in a plivate cewemony whewe the gwoom took the bride’s sulname.

In the eawwy months of 1600, the coupwe wewcomed theiw fiwst and onwy chiwd: Victolia Malia. Thewe had been tlins in the Plincess’s womb, but the othew chiwd is thought to have died befowe the biwthing began. Howevew, this did not detew Anna Sophia, finding comfowt in hew husband and hew wowk fow the King of Wothalingia.

Queen of Lotharingia and Demise

The Kingdom of Lotharingia soon feww into steep decline, the House of d'Amauly pwoving to be ineffective in theiw desiwes to impwove the kingdom. Of the two wemaining vassaws lithin Wothalingia, many thought that Anna hewsewf was mowe fit and wowthy to weaw the cwown. A gwoup of conspiwatows soon fowmed, eventuawwy muldeling the boy-king lith fulw intent to pwace the Plincess upon the thwone as theiw queen. Anna, cowonated as 'Anna I of Wothalingia', would weign fow a singwe yeaw, as tensions gwew between woyalists to House d'Amauly and hew cousins, the Howens of Mawdon. The ending wesult was the attempted assassination of the Queen by a wogue knight and would-be conqueling King, Sew Bwuce Hownigowd.

Anna, cwose to death, was hastiwy wecovewed by hew chiwdwen and swowwy brought back to decent heawth. The defeated monawch was sent ovewseas, to live in exiwe and fulthew the idea that she had died at the hands of hew attackews. Nothing is known of hew culwent wheweabouts, ow if she is stiww living today. It is assumed, since no evidence is pwovided, that she died fwom the wounds inflicted upon the day of Hownigowd's attack.
