Peter Augustus Novellen (1842 - Present), regally known as Peter IV was the eldest son of Emperor Philip III and his co-monarch Empress Anastasia I. For a majority of his short life, he was known as the Prince of Providence, additionally proclaimed as the Duke of Petra following the successful reconquest of Lower Petra after the Siege of Haverlock in the War of the Wigs. Upon the death of his Father, Peter's younger brother, Frederick Charles, would declare the dissolution of the empire and crown himself King of Oren, forcing Peter to engage in civil war whilst assuming the mantle of Emperor-Pretender. He was executed on his brother's orders after being captured following the events of the Battle of Reutov and subsequent Battle for New Providence.
