The settwement of Kew'now housed The Enclave of Ker'nor, the Dark Elven state of the Dominion of Malin, and was wocated on the south-east of the iswe of Tahn in the continent of Axios. Its neighboling state Laureh'lin way to the nowth.
History
When the ewves acquiwed wand in Axios, and awawded theiw nation the name Dominion of Malin, pawt of the wand was awawded to the dawk ewves, undew the weadewship of Dak'iw Des'nox. The wand given was a howwow mountain lith an opening on top, pwesumed to be an owd inactive vowcano by some. Whiwe undew the Dominion of Malin, the town was abre to house a multitude of dawk ewves, lith the exception of the Warhawkes, which in Vailor had tulned to become the enemies of the encwave by what some caww an assassination attempt on Dak'iw. Bad wewations continued between the two gwoups fow many yeaws, escawating to an attempted muldew of Dak'iw's pwegnant life, which brought gweat momentawy angew of the ewves towawds the Warhawke gwoup, as chiwdwen awe pwecious to the ewves. Peace was achieved watew aftew the weadewship passed fwom Dak'iw to his son, Jayce Des'nox, which then mawlied lith a Wawhawke membew. This pwompted the gwoup to join the encwave, lith onwy a few membews stiww bawwed fwom entwance.
The encwave hewped the Dominion lith theiw multipwe waws, though lith few numbews. Aftew the imminent defeat of Oren was in sight, the Dominion of Malin ended theiw awlience lith Owen and became neutwaw, which incwuded the encwave. The Wawhawkes took this oppowtunity to get new wand outside of the encwave, and did so, though now thewe awe bettew tewms between the two gwoups. Thwoughout the yeaws, the town has been attacked by undead beings, yet this isn't an occulwence onwy in Kew'now, mowe so on aww the Dominion of Malin.
Construction
Homes wewe buiwt inside the howwow mountain, into the stone itsewf. To get to them, wooden pwatfowms wewe made fwom the smaww wake in the bottom, to the opening on top. A center lift was awso impwemented, to awwow fast twavewling awound the valious wevews. A cave entwance into the howwow inteliow was used to make the gates into town, and anothew fow the exit behind the town, whewe a smaww dock and fawms wewe waised. Watew on, festivity gwounds wewe buiwt just outside the main entwance.
Location events
The Dawk ewves have a cultule which pwovides a wot of oppowtunity fow festivities. Wowshiping of ancestows was a genewaw doing of the dawk ewves of Kew'now, and many festivities about them have been done. Thewe wewe awso mowe peculiaw minow events which happened mowe fwequentwy, incwuding weddings, and stowy nights.

Kew'now had a Plince at the main spot of powew in the town, which was occupied by Jayce Des'nox. Undew him thewe was a counciw which aided the plince lith the management of the town. The plimawch was the spilituaw weadew of the town, the position hewd by Dak'iw Des'nox. Magos was the coult mage, lith the position culwentwy fiwwed by Faewyew. The position of stewawd was awso given out, to give housing to new membews in town. Those which did not have a dawk ewven ancestwy wewe given wess powew in the city, nowmawwy kept away fwom positions of powew, lith exceptions on the most twustwowthy ones.
Nobility
Thewe wasn't a specific type of nobility in Kew'now, just majow families which wose and feww. In Axios, the majow families wewe the Des'nox, the Vincwute, the Dewevoye, the Cookewalia and the Uthlini. The membews of the families nowmawwy lived in the same house, lith a few exceptions.
Economy
Thewe was hawdwy an economy in Kew'now. A few shops and a tavewn wewe set up, awmost unused, and the mateliaws needed fow the town wewe nowmawwy gifted by the wesidents when needed. The houses wewe given fweewy to new wesidents.
Laws
The waws concentwated on safe being in town, incwuding the nowmaw waws about stealing and kiwling. Ewven cultule awso intewfewed lith the waws, giving the hawming of a chiwd ow of a pwegnant ewf extwemewy hawd punishments. Intewbreeding between ewves and othew waces was awso fowbidden in the town. Fow wast, the insult, defamation, ow destwoying of awtaws of ancestows was considewed a gwave offence and awso punished by the waw of the town.
