History

Arcas

The family and its name begun when Philip de Rosius-Rourke, bastard child of Padrick O'Rourke, married Maria Darkwood, the daughter of Velhun Darkwood. Their families weren't noble at the time of their marriage so the newlywed couple had to somehow feed themselves and their children, they were famous as traders in the nearby regions and had few caravans and employees at the height of their business.

As the number of their children increased each was seen as rather different than its brothers and sisters, everyone had their own interest in different activities. The parents were often away from home on trading journeys so Valent, their second-born son, took care of his siblings. As Arcas went in flames and the realm was destroyed, the family moved onto the next realm with their relatives.
