Valent Philip (3rd of Tobias' Bounty, 1787 - 19th of Tobias' Bounty, 1821) was the 1st Head of the House of Rosius and respectively its founder. He was a renowned Imperial and Orenian solicitor, economist and politician. He had a bright future, yet sudden death struck him, destroying any hope of further elevation of him in society.

Summary of Life;

Valent was born as the second-son of inconsequential members of the Houses of Rourke and Darkwood, in his youth he promised growing interests in reading and socialising, yet he had little time for such as his parents were oftentimes away on merchant journeys, eager to trade in the little they had for more, resulting in the young boy being responsible for him and his younger siblings. The year of 1800 had brought sorrow and death to the brood, as their parents had disappeared for much time and now were declared dead. From this moment on he took on a leading role of his menage at the mere age of thirteen. The next four years he spent pleading for money from relatives, ignoring each and every of his ambitions. The young man was aware that his large quantity of siblings couldn't survive on the aid and help of their relatives, so he took on a lowly job in the Ministry of Justice under the Ophelia van Wick, yet in the upcoming year she was removed due to her disinterest in maintaining the department. Resulting in the further diminishment of it, and then Valent had enough, deciding on departuring from the lands of Orenia for a few summers, in which he journeyed through the many lands of Almaris, consisting of the harsh and cold territories of Norland and Haense, to the balmy coasts of Sutica. Upon his return to the City of Providence, his younger brother Otis, had successfully ran for Alderman of the City Assembly and became acquainted with the Josephites, resulting in his own much closer bond with the political union later. A few years after his coming and outstanding work in the Ministry of Justice, he was appointed as Attorney General and swiftly began the creation of the Legal Clinics, who educated most of the new generation of Imperial Lawyers. Two years proceeding that, he was elected as Alderman of Providence, commencing the beginning of his political career. It seemed GOD had been on his side, as in the next months he was also appointed as Deputy Treasurer of the broad Empire, after the second elections he participated in, he managed to sway the votes of the Aldermen in his favour, resulting in him obtaining the Speakership. The latter brought much glory and life, as meetings were held as often as twice every year, fundamental acts of laws were passed, promising full quorums through each of the sessions. At the same time national elections began, as the 23rd House of Commons had been dissolved for the past month or two. He ran successfully, earning much support from his voters. Furthermore, the then fledging Josephites, which were years short of dissolution had put their confidence in Valent, as President of the Commons. So much success, and so much was there for him to harvest, yet his health declined unexpectedly and rapidly, resulting in his sudden demise and departure from the Orenian scene of politics.
