The House of Rosius d'Baelius was established by Louis Joseph de Rosius, son of Hera Claude de Rosius and Joseph Clement Sarkozic. The branch of Rosius was created to establish peace between the fighting groups within the family who tried to lay claim to the patriarchy or matriarchy of the House. Louis Joseph wrote a decree with the High Pontiff as his witness that the House of Rosius will stop its quarrels and that each will go their own separate ways. With the decree signed by all parties; the House of Rosius d'Baelius, House of Valens and House of d'Levesque were created; with each who lead the branches be independant from their decisionmaking and their allegiances to sovereigns.
