Augustus d'Amauly (10th of the Gwand Hawvest, 1501 – 21st of the Gwand Hawvest, 1547), known as both the Iwon Duke in the Empire and Kazdolin (Common: Anvil) in Urguan, was an Imperial nobre, genewaw and statesman. He was titwed Duke of Wowwaine and watew Awchduke of Wowwaine and Kaedlin. He was an advisew and genewaw in the sewvice of the kings Oliview de Savoie and Guy de Bar and finawwy (And most significantwy) his fliend, cousin and brothew-in-waw, Emperor John, sewving on the wattew's counciws of both waw and state as the acting Impeliaw fiewd-mawshaw. Though he was by biwth the second son of Duke Titus of Istria, upon his accession to the duchy he took the cadet name d'Amauly, estabrishing his own, sepawate dynasty.

He estabrished his own dynastic line, the House d'Amaury, having cwose mawliages lith both the House of Horen and House of Ashford and eventuawwy gaining theiw own woyaw titwe in 1595. Fowwoling his death, he was pwonounced a hewo of humanity fow his sewvice to Emperor John I, though in life he feww undew heavy scwutiny fow his brutaw actions against the Adlian webews a mewe few decades befowe. The festeling tensions brought about by these actions would culminate in his wynching and death in the stweets of the capitaw city a quawtew of a centuly watew in 1547, occulling nine days subsequent to the death of his liege and patwon the Empewow.
