Peter Augustus Novellen (1842 - Present), or otherwise known as Peter IV was the eldest son of Emperor Philip III and his co-monarch Empress Anastasia I. For a majority of his short life, he was known as the Prince of Providence, additionally proclaimed the Duke of Petra following the successful reconquest of Lower Petra after the Siege of Haverlock in the War of the Wigs.
