Theodosia Illeana O'Rourke (17th of Sun's Smile, 1824 - Present) otherwise referred to as Theodosia of Halstaig or Theodosia 'The Black' was primarily known for her roles as the 5th Countess of Halstaig and 1st Lord Vicar of Arentania and Oltermont. Additionally, she was well remembered for scribing the original draft of the Orenian Peerage Reforms.

Following her mother's unexpected death in 1849, Theodosia ascended to the comital throne of Halstaig. Her leadership skills would be immediately tested as in the month following her ascension, the Aster Revolution began.
