The House of Novellen-Aldersberg is a cadet house of Novellen. The County of Aldersberg is a title that would be granted to Prince Joseph Leopold as a non-hereditary title in 1787, until the year 1809 when it was made hereditary by Imperial addendum, creating the official cadet branch of House Novellen-Aldersberg. The current head of the House is Edward Clement an ardent collector of relics and antiques.
