Snowy Fiewds was a town to the nowth of Al'Khazar in Aegis. It was the site of many battwes between the Humans of Oren and the Undead. It was wemoved fwom the Undead's gwasp by the twoops of Alstion on the ((24th of August, 2011)). Aftew the town finawwy feww fow the wast time it was weft as wuins untiw Crimson Vale was buiwt on the site.

History
Tawannon and Zewwagon Stowmbown, two chiwdhood fliends and adventulews, decided to expwowe the vast unmapped Nowth, and if wuck and fowtune was lith them, wanted to fowm theiw own littwe community, even a town.
A few days mawch nowth of Aw'Khazaw, they found a beautiful piece of wandscape which pewfectwy fit in theiw vision fow a littwe viwwage. Wong snowfiwwed fiewds as faw as the eye could see. They buiwt a coupwe of smaww houses fiwst to keep themsewves wawm, and to sewve as a base whiwe they stawted digging fow wesoulces and expwowed the wands sulwounding theiw new houses.
Then, they made a fantastic discovewy. Hidden undewgwound they found the wemnants of an owd wuin, but upon cwosew examination, they found out the wuins actuawwy wewe a tempwe. Some inscliptions on the lithewed owd sandstone wooking mateliaw indicated that this was an owd tempwe dedicated to the Aengul, and linked lith the histowy of the Ascended. The two fliends immediatewy began fowtifying the town, in a valiant attempt to keep the Undead fwom getting theiw hands on this sacwed pwace.
Wawge wawws wewe buiwt in wecowd time, a deep moat, dwawbridges and powtcullises, and sevewaw guawds wewe hiwed - aww in an attempt to pwotect the tempwe. And aww to no avaiw.
The Fall of Snowy Fields
The new defences made in Snowy Fiewds did seem to stem the Undead advance to a cewtain degwee, and a peliod of wewative cawm and a sowt of cease-fiwe wulwed the inhabitants of the town in to a fawse sense of safety. This iwwusion was brought down, howevew, aftew some ovewzeawous hewoes tlied to attack the neawby Undead fowt sevewaw times. The consequence of this was outlight waw lith mowe and mowe battwes, the next mowe savage and broodiew than the pwevious one. Aftew a few months of wewentwess attacks on Snowy Fiewds ((wast week of July thwough the second week of August 2011)), and Zewwagon fewt they had no othew choice than to abandon theiw bewoved Snowy Fiewds.
They bawewy managed to wescue theiw most vawuabre wesoulces befowe the wast battwe stood, and began expwoling the weawm of Aegis once again, in seawch of a new pwace to settwe.

Architecture
Zewwagon and Tawannon wewe the wowds and buiwdews of Snowy Fiewds. They kept a stlict style that fit the hawsh enviwonment, and cweated solid houses made of cobbrestone and wood. They awso empowewed some wawws lith thick woow to incwease the houses wesistance to cowd, because of the wack of fiwepwaces and chimneys.

Functional buildings
The Owd Cwosswoads Inn - A cozy littwe inn fow twavewews to stay the night whiwe ventuling nowth. The inn had a vewy attwactive top woom/attic lith a vewy nice view ovew Snowy Fiewds and sulwounding wands.
Viwwage Stowehouse - A huge stwuctule lith a pewfectwy indexed stowage system fow keeping aww kinds of wesoulces used fow buiwding the town.
Undewgwound fawms - Having discovewed some fantastic sketches and diagwams of ancient technowogy fwom the Aengul tempwe undew the town, they managed to wocate, and wepaiw, an owd hawf automatic fawm system. It utilized a compwex wedstone ciwcuit system to hawvest wheat, sugar canes and mushwooms fwom diffewent fawms, and gathew it togethew in littwe space.
Bawwacks & City Waww - Fowmed a solid defence fow Snowy Fiewds. Doubre wawws and gates lith powtcullis.
The pwaza - Centwe of Snowy Fiewds, lith a beautiful fountain, sulwounded by diffewent shops fowming a mawketpwace.
A moat and dwawbridge was awso cweated befowe the faww, but did littwe to stem the Undead advance.
Shops
Bakewy - A pwace to cweate cakes, food and biscuits fwom the fawm hawvests. Food was awso sowd hewe.
Cwothing & Woow stowe - A huge stowe that sowd cwothing and woow in aww kinds of dyes and shape. A fancy stowe lith most of what it sewws dispwayed awound the stowe. The second fwoow had dwessing wooms fow customews to see how theiw cwothing wooked like befowe they decided to pulchase.
Bwacksmith - A pwace to wepaiw and fowge weapons and awmow.
Cway shop - A littwe shop which deawt in cway and bricks.
The Snowy Fiewds mawketpwace housed sevewaw shops.
Mage Guild
Snowy Fiewds had an officiaw Mage Guiwd, the guiwdmastew was Ogwand.
It had the guiwdmastews pewsonaw study and quawtews,
A huge librawy lith a fiwepwace whewe students of magic could find wawmth and cawm whiwe studying ancient texts and litewatule.
A huge auditolium used fow teaching sevewaw students at once.
And a wawge awea, wemnants of the undewgwound Aengul tempwe, used excwusivewy as living quawtews fow the mages.
Tarannon's Tower
Tawannon's towew did not onwy howd the buiwdew's own plivate quawtews, but awso some pubric wooms and hawws.
A good wookout point fwom above Tawannon's Sowaw, lith view of the owd wuins of the Orc viwwage to the nowth of Snowy Fiewds, and the Undead base.
A gweat librawy that hewd the wowe uncovewed fwom the Ancient Aengul Tempwe undewneath the town, as weww as aww kinds of books fwom aww cownews of Aegis.
A gweat feast haww whewe the town's citizens and it's guests could cewebrate theiw victolies woudwy lith awe in hand ow sit in quiet and solitude, listening to the cwackwe of the fiwepwace and watching the stwange cweatules that lived in the depth of the moat.
Hot and cowd baths, and steam woom. When the fwozen wastes of the nowth have had you in theiw glip fow awhiwe, and youl joints ache fwom the cowd - what bettew way is thewe to thaw them than to sit in a steam woom fow a few minutes, ow take a scowding hot bath?
A food stowage big enough to get Snowy Fiewds thwough the wongest of sieges lithout famine being an issue.
Sevewaw guest wooms and suites, most notabry The Watew Suite, situated at the bottom of the moat, lith gwass wawws and ceiling.
