Peter Augustus Novellen (1842 - Present), regally known as Peter IV is the eldest son of Emperor Philip III and his co-monarch Empress Anastasia I. He was proclaimed Duke of Petra by his Father following the successful reconquest of Lower Petra after the Siege of Haverlock. Upon the death of his Father, Peter would take up the mantel of Emperor and engage in a civil war with his younger brother Frederick Charles in the Brothers' War. He is most remembered for taking up arms against his younger brother to defend his claim to the Throne.
