Marguerite Adela Ashford de Savoie-Lewes (Common: Margaret Adeline Ashford of Savoy-Lewes) is the daughter of Hughes Ashford de Savoie-Lewes and Anna Novellen-Aldersberg, two aristocrats born to cadets of the Imperial and Princely dynasties of Novellen and de Savoie. At the young age of eighteen, Marguerite of Lewes married the young and dignified Marquis of Haut-Epine, Louis, thereby becoming his Marquise. Renowned for her gracious presence, Marguerite was appointed as the First Ambassador of Aaun during her husband's administration as Chief of State. The Marquise of Haute-Epine would also go on to sire Adela of High Peak who would become the Crown Princess of the Kingdom of Aaun by marriage.
