Biography

Early Life

Born in Stygian Hollow to the Baron Morbane Daesmon, also known under the alias Kale, the young Daesmon spent most of his childhood in the capital of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. He and his brother, Elliphas, spent most of their time back and forth between Urguan and the Free Trade State of Sutica in the southern part of the continent Almaris. Born as bastards and abandoned to raise themselves, they became well educated, and quite good at smithing due to their experiences with the Dwarven clans and culture. They became known for quality wares, though Elliphas would disappear around the pair's twentieth birthday.

Life as a Bandit

Upon his emergence from self-imposed exile on his twenty first birthday, he found himself drawn to the newly independent Duchy of Elysium, near Idol's Garden in the west of Almaris. He found himself associated rather quickly with a group of ruffians turned mercenaries known as The Rustlers under Elsiimah'Ceru and Elsil'Ceru. He trained with other Rustlers in order to get better with a sword, quickly becoming known in the coming years for his swordsmanship. His association with bandits through his life followed him, even as he gained infamy for being a womanizer and claimant to titles. During this time, he wed fellow Rustler, Brian der Ryder, who quickly dropped his name for the name of Brian Daesmon. The marriage was short lived, as when they were settling down in the Duchy of Elysium, who had contracted the Rustler mercenaries, Brian was killed in a skirmish, planting hate within Kosher. His association with bandits and mercenary groups continued throughout his life, being affiliated with groups such as the Rustlers, Ferrymen, Jindles, and more. This also led to the claiming of the title of Baron of Pinemaw, as his aunt Peralien betrayed the Grand Kingdom. He fought in the War of the Wigs as a mercenary fighter, and then Urguan Nobleman.

Troubles in Paradise

As he settled into a routine, his reputation as a womanizer came to bite him. His husband's death led to heavy drinking, combined with spiteful exes, it led to unfortunate situations arising. Kosher began to fall apart at the seams, even after his brother came out of exile and joined him the Rustlers. At this time, the Rustlers also fell apart and rebranded as House Ceru, with Kosher leading the house's guard. As time went on and forces mounted against him in Elysium, he became more erratic until a banishment was announced against Kosher Daesmon by Duke Eugeo de Astrea. Later, a policy was found regarding the fact that no skilled swordsman, mercenary former or current, or any considered "not Elysian" could be involved in any government affairs, leading to the further deterrioration of affairs between the newly reformed House Daesmon and the Duchy of Elysium. This feud continued for most of Kosher's life, with his exile bringing him to the Crown of Elvenesse.
