The Malinor-Horde War is a major-scale conflict spearheaded by the State of Malin'or against the Rexdom of Krugmar. The war began when the State of Malin'or issued a series of demands to the Rexdom Of Krugmar. The Rex of Krugmar, Ar-Borok Akaal immediately sounded the horns of war and called upon the horde in order to show the strength of the horde. The entirety of the Horde, alongside their allies within the Kingdom of Norland, joined on the side of Krugmar.

Prelude

Following the Siege of Elysium during the Orcish War of Conquest, The High Prince of Malin'or would release a series of Demands to the Horde

Timeline

  • 78th year of the Second Age
    • Malin'or releases a series of demands to The horde following the siege of Elysium [2]
    • After reading the demands the Rex of Krugmar calls upon the horde and his war allies from Norland and Daeland to show their strength. Soon after The Horde marches on Celia'nor 3,600 strong against Celia nors' 2,900 defenders, sparking The Massacre at the Emberlands. The battle was long and bloody with 3,300 of the Horde dead and 0 of the Celia'nor defenders resulting in a Decisive Malin'or Victory. [3]
    • The Following month Krugmar releases a response to Mailn'or [4]
    • On the late hours of Amber Cold, a Patrol from Krugmar 1,000 strong, and a patrol of fennic valkyrim also 1,000 strong, ran into each other along the road outside of Idol's Garden, Sparking The Skirmish of Idol's Garden. The battle ended with 900 orcs dead, resulting in a Malin'or Victory. [5]
  • 79th year of the Second Age
    • During the early hours of Horen's Calling, Malin'or hires the Blackvale Company to aid them in the war [6]
    • During the late hours of Amber's Cold, Malin'or hires the Ferrymen to aid them in the war [7]
    • Wasting no time after the contract, the Ferrymen geared up and began to march upon the capital of Krugmar, 2,100 strong. The Horde got word about the raid in advance and railed an estimate of 3,000 strong in total. The Ferrymen forces were forced to retreat, they still had won in numbers. A Tactical Victory for the Ferrymen [8]
  • 80th year of the Second Age
    • In the early hours of First Seed The Horde and the House of Mudd Signed a pact [9]
    • During the late hours of First Seed The forces of Malin'or Along with their allies the ferrymen marched on Krugmar capital, 4,400 strong. The Horde was able to rally an impressive 4,400 in the capital's defense. The battle was long and bloodied ending with 4,400 dead from The Horde and only 400 dead on the side of Malin'or. In addition, the forces of Malin'or were able to capture high-ranking horde officials. The end result was a Decisive Malin'or Victory. [10]
    • After the bloodshed was over, The Kingdom of Elysium approached Malin'or and handed over the lands north of idol's garden to aid in the conquest of The Horde, along with signing a Pact of Non-Aggression [11]
    • Immediately after being granted the land by The Kingdom of Elysium, Malin'or would make a declaration that they seek to conquer the land to the northwest of Idol's garden [12]
  • 81st year of the Second Age
    • As both sides prepare for the upcoming battle, Malin'or signs a war contact with Lubba's Keep [13]
    • The Horde signs a war contract with the Hounds of Don [14]
  • 82nd year of the Second Age
    • The day had come as the elves of Malin'or, 85,000 strong marched into the Horde's mountains, the Horde, 79,000 strong was prepared for this, running into the woods in hopes of flanking and confusing the elves. The Horde got the First blows in, firing volleys of arrows down the hill as the elves quickly returned fire before making a charge up the hill in order to dislodge the Horde. The Horde momentarily fractured before regrouping, both sides delving into a bloody melee. Some of the orcs would try to split away and flank the elves only to be met by the ferrymen attempting to do the same. Both sides would be bloodied by the intense melee however it was the coalition of Malin'or that would come up on top, driving the Horde back into the Mountains as the elves pressured them into their Fortress, as the gates slammed shut it was clear that Malin'or has won the day, both sides settling in for the bloody siege ahead of them. The result was a Decisive Malin'or Victory. [15]

    • The Horde, Malin'or and Oren sign The Peace of Vienne ending the long and bloody war. [16]
