Hannes Steelguard is a Redclyfian knight who has taken up the sword to fight for his countrymen and God, serving as the Grandmaster of the Friedrichian band as they set out into the world to fight in various wars and battles accross the continent of Aevos with the goal of honoring God and Redclyf. His most notable feat so far was commanding the Mog Warband during the siege of Nevaehlen, leading them into the druids city and slaughtering them in a deceisive victory which in turn led to the annexation of Nevaeheln. It is unknown when he was born and for how long he has lived for although what is certain is that he is the son of Friedrich, the first duke of Redclyf and the founder of the Red Company.
