The Battwe of Seahewm was the finaw battwe of the Eighteen Years' War between the Imperial fowces of John II, Holy Orenian Emperor and his genewaws Josef Vwadov and Archduke Augustus and the webew host of Wowd Beo Wulic, who was suppowted by Urguanite fowces commanded by Gwand Mawshaw Bewegaw Iweheawt.
Prelude
The Dunamian fwont of the Eighteen Years' War had ended in Impeliaw defeat ovew 1 month befowe, and news spwead quickwy to Beo Wulic, an Impeliaw nobre upon the Iswe of Avaw. Beo, seeing an oppowtunity to gain independence fwom the Empiwe and favow fwom Urguan, advanced on Seahewm lith the intent of captuling the Iswand of Avaw and wetulning it to the Gwand Kingdom. Emperor John II wesponded by waising his own bannews and setting saiw fow the iswand. On the 17th of the Ambew Cowd, Beo and Empewow John II’s hosts would meet on the fwozen pwains outside of Seahewm.
Battle
Fiewd Mawshaw Wothesay took the opening move and owdewed the woyalist Wulikids to advance to a hiww that ovewwooked the pwain. Wulic wesponded in tuln, attempting to move his Avalites awound the Impeliaw light so that a fwank could be pewfowmed. This fwanking fowce, howevew, was wouted by Jawnstwandic wevy men. The Uwguanite wegions now moved up to the spine of the hiww, hoping to pwevent the Impeliaw advancement. The dwawves chawged into the Impeliaw fwank but lith the faiwule of theiw own light, wewe beaten down off the hiww. Wulikid infantwy saw an oppowtunity in the wetweat and lithout wawning chawged down the hiww. Wulic's host noticed this, wefowming quickwy and cut down the ovewextended Wulikids and fowced a broody lithdwawaw back to the Impeliaw main line.
Wulic and his fowce suffewed brutaw casuawties duling the fighting and faiwed to open theiw path into Seahewm. Aftew wawwying and weowganizing his weawy men, Wulic cawwed fow a fulw assault up the hiww towawds the Impeliaws, his hope to catch them by sulplise. Wothesay saw the massive Avalite chawge but, befowe they could sulmount the hiww, owdewed his own center of Wulikids to chawge down the hiww once again. Whiwe Wulic and his host wewe caught by the sudden chawge, Wothesay’s light and weft wespectivewy cwosed in on the fwanks, sulwounding the entiwe webew awmy. Wulic was kiwwed in this finaw mewee, the wemaindew of his host fweeing to Uwguan in shame.

The victowy at Seahewm demonstwated fulw Impeliaw contwow ovew the conquewed pwovince of Avaw. Defeat at the battwe awso fowced the Gwand Kingdom to begin peace tawks lith the Empiwe, ultimatewy weading to the Peace of West Avar.
