Anastasia O'Rourke, Countess of Halstaig

Anastasia O'Rourke more commonly known as Azariah was born on the 11th of Snow's Maiden, 1770 in Avalain; the capital of Curon. There she spent her earlier life until moving to Owynsburg with her father & eventually going off on her own up to Morsgrad; the capital of Norland.
Biography
Early life
Anastasia O'Rourke was born into House O'Rourke to Padraig O'Rourke & Illaena Elendil. She was raised in Curon mostly by her mother while her father worked tirelessly in the Commonwealth of Kaedrin. When Anastasia turned four her mother brought her to Kaedrin where her father was. From there until age twelve she resided in the O'Rourke manor where she learned to read & write. Very little did she spend time outside, preferring to keep to herself, locking herself in her own room from dawn to dusk.
On one of her rare outside expeditions when she just reached the age of twelve a brown bear appeared from the tree line of a nearby forest, chasing her off until she lost the bear & she herself, was lost. As the darkness set upon the sky Anastasia wandered the roads, arriving back at her original home of Curon which was now an Imperial State Army fortress dubbed The Eye of Man. With a sigh of defeat, the young O'Rourke slumped against a nearby tree to sleep the night away.
When she woke in the morning she was met with a party of Norlandic Soldiers who took her to Morsgrad. There, in Morsgrad Anastasia made a new home, forgetting about her life in the Commonwealth. For the next four years of her life she was raised by mercenaries & soldiers who showed her a world outside of her books. By her fourteenth year, Anastasia was regarded as one of the most cunning young warriors in the realm & by her fifteen year she was taking odd jobs around the continent. During this time she fashioned herself a new name "Azariah". Eventually a year later one of those odd jobs brought her to Helena, Oren where she reconnected with her family along with finding herself with a new job, as an Imperial State Army soldier.
Later life
With Azariah now back with her family in the Crownlands she met up with her father who encouraged her to take up the political career. After some convincing she agreed to try. Three years later in 1789, Azariah ran for city Alderman & barely won first with only a thousand votes ahead of second place; Prince Peter Kaphro. Once in office she set quickly to work, creating "The Excommunicato Act" with her cousin, Dimitri Orlov. In addition to her new job as alderman, she took up another job as a city clerks.
Hardships fell upon the O'Rourke in 1791 when the patriarch & Anastasia's father; Padraig O'Rourke succumbed to a wound given to him a few months prior by Edward Napier & his orcish bride. Padraig, not having left behind a male heir to the County of Halstaig, saw instead his eldest daughter; Anastasia ascending to take her place as rightful ruler of Halstaig.
