Theophilos Komnenos is a holy knight of The Church of Cannon in the 18th & 19th centuries. He is notable for his quick rise in The Order of All-Saint's ranks, going from Holy Squire to Holy Knight in only two years. After that, it only took a few more years before he rose to the rank of Captain-Commander, the second-highest rank in the entire holy order. With his latest promotion, he has also been tasked with leading the Haense chapter of the holy order.
Early Life
Theophilos was born to Sir Alexios Komnenos & an unknown nun in The County of Harlingen, a vassal to the Holy Orenian Empire which sat just outside of the Helena walls. Being born in 1756 proved difficult for the infant as he often experienced his father going off to fight in The Rubern War which left the young Theophilos home alone for endless hours with an inexperienced baby sitter. In multiple cases, the war would even arrive just outside of his own home. Eventually, when Theo was five The Rubern War came to an end with an Orenian victory.
With the war over, Alexios Komnenos was able to spend more time at home with his son. Until the age of fourteen, Theo lived a normal life in Harlingen, playing with the other children & practicing saber fighting with his father and cousins. In 1770 Harlingen was undergoing mass eviction by the crown to make room for luxurious manors for the noble class of Oren. Alexios, seeing there was no place left for him near the capital moved his family to Owynsburg, Kaedrin where Theo spent the rest of his formative years.
