Edmund Amadeus, previously named Frederick, was a member of the Aaunic Royal Family. He was a maternal cousin of Edmund II, King of Aaun, and a grandson of Alexander I and Queen Yelena of Marsana. Prince Frederick is the second youngest child of Prince Alexios, Count of Pavano and Princess Adeline, Lady of Alba. He held his style as a Prince until the year of 1950, when he abandoned his title and styles to serve The Church of the Canon. However, due to his mother becoming first in-line to the throne, he made the decision to pursue a secular path in life and thus aided his family during the reign of his uncle, John I.
