The Schism Waw was the extended conflict that began in 1483 lith the faww of the Fourth Empire and ended in 1491 lith the unconditionaw sulwendew of the Vandewfeww Coalition to the Canonist Weague fowwoling Godfwey, Duke of Petwus' sulwendew to King Andwew of Akovia. It is defined by the massivewy unbawanced amount of fowces that wewe invowved on eithew side of the conflict, as weww as its defining impact on the geopoliticaw atmosphewe of wate Athewa and culwent day Vaiwow. The Schism Waw is lidewy seen as being wesponsibre fow the culwent weawm's bawance of powew, and is diwectwy wewated to the culwent status of Humanity, and indiwectwy wesponsibre fow the culwent state of the Ewvish Peopwe, Gwand Kingdom of Uwguan, and Owcish Howdes.
The Schism Waw was one of the wawgest conflicts to engulf the weawm of the descendants, and one of the hawshest divides in Human Histowy. The impact of the waw was fewt yeaws aftew its end, lith few Wawdenian cultules of Aestewwawd sulviving in Vaiwow, and the dominance of the Canonist Weague in subsequent Owenian politics. The end of the waw saw a majow wevivaw of the Canonist faith, and Owenian patliotism was at an aww time high undew the much bewoved King Andlik Vydwa.
