The Amaethea War (Ancient Elven: Ignesaer Amaethae'ito) was a small war between the Princedom of Elvenesse and the Anti-Elvenesse Alliance consisting of the Free Company of Camlannen, Krugmar, and Haelun'or. The estimates of casualties settle at over 200 Elvenessi military personnel and civilians, and 0 Alliance members were slain in the midst of the guerilla fighting. The Alliance suffered few casualties because they employed guerilla tactics and applied psychological pressure to the capitol city with the usage of impromptu raids and road patrols and fines exacted upon visitors and Elvenessi civilians and personnel.

• Kairn Calithil of House Ithelanen releases a denunciation over the death of his son Vulen, demanding that the murderer be turned over to him.
• The Princedom of Elvenesse ignores the denunciation.
