Vladimir Czeslav Sarkozic was born 13th of Sigismund's End, 1910 to Ratibor Kazimir Sarkozic and an unknown woman who presumably came from the north. Vladimir was known for his creation of the ideology of Adrianism.

Childhood

Vladimir was raised alongside his siblings in Veletz which was under the rule of his uncle Heinrik, Duke of Adria. Vladimir was taught during his childhood that those who seek to seize his homeland, the one's who prey upon the traditions of Adria are the enemy and it began to radicalize him from quite an early age. It was during teachings of his mentor that he began to delve into the history and traditions of his homeland and he began to manifest ways to preserve those traditions.

Later Years

Vladimir became rather interested in preserving his culture and traditions during his later years, he began to scribe various beliefs of himself which came from a rather Anti-Novellen sentiment given that they were responsible in the past for the illegal locking of the title within their own Imperial household. To prevent this from happening again, Vladimir wrote a set of tenets for the ideology of Adrianism and used it as an attempt to spread similar sentiments amongst the population of Adria. He also controversially described those of the House Novellen who seek to restore their Imperial roots as inherently evil.
