Born on the 17th of Sigismunds’ End, 1843, Victoria Emma Augusta Novellen was the fourth-born child to Philip III, Holy Orenian Emperor and Anastasia I, Holy Orenian Empress. She was primarily remembered for her work as Prefect-Castellan of New Providence and for her martial skills in the Urguani-Orenian War and the Brothers' War. In 1867 she wed the Baron of Rivia, George Octavious Galbraith, thus making her the Baroness-consort. Additionally, later in 1869, she was afforded the County of Carolustadt and recognized as a peer of the newly formed, Kingdom of Oren.
