Valent Philip of The House of Rosius, (1787-1821) was born between the union of Maria Darkwood and Philip de Rosius-Rourke was a renowned politician, solicitor and economist in The Holy Orenian Empire. He is regarded as the founder of the legendary House of Roses.

Biography

Early life

Valent was born into House of Rourke and House of Darkwood as second born son to his parents, the child had many interests such as horse riding; reading books and socializing. His parents were often away and most of the time he took care of himself and his younger siblings. In 1800, the year which brought sorrow to his family through the death of his parents he had to take full care of his siblings at the mere years of thirteen. The following years were spent finding money to feed his family, at the age of seventeen most of them were already old enough to take care of themselves thus Valent was free to start his career and achieve his ambitions.

Early Adulthood

Valent was looking forward to take on his first job, at the time the Ministry of Justice was recruiting thus he signed up and quickly got inducted as Law-Clerk. The young man started his training in the study of law in the so called 'Legal Clinics', after one year or so her excellency, Ophelia van Wick was removed due to her little interest in the office. It was then, that Valent decided to leave Providence for few years and to explore the world while he was still young, his journey consisted of visiting the various states of Almaris and her settlements - through the harsh and cold lands of Norland and Haense to the hot desert south of Sutica.

Career

Upon his return to the City of Providence and the Holy Orenian Empire, his younger brother Otis de Rosius had won seat on the City Assembly, thus Valent was proud and ready to start his career as well. After few years of serving the Ministry of Justice actively in the year 1811, he was promoted to Attorney-General and swiftly took up the role to ensure the training of the Law-Clerks and the check the knowledge of the Solicitors. After two years he got elected as Alderman of Providence and his political career begun. The following year, his friend Keaghen Armas was given the position of the Secretary of the Treasury which led to Valent's appointment as Undersecretary. It seemed like miracle, but the man grew with title every year and he was elected Speaker of the City Assembly in 1815, to show his dedication and undying loyalty to the Crown he quickly revived the legislative body as Valent made sure that at least two meetings were held each year rather than the old way of meeting per every two years, important bills were passed and debated as well as that there was full attendance on few meetings which prior to his Speakership has happened only once or twice. The national elections were close to happening as the 23rd Commons was dissolved, Valent started going through his supporters ensuring that they would vote for him and on the way winning new ones, as the results got published it was shown that he had won. Valent's success didn't stop there as on the first sitting he was elected as President of the House of Commons. Valent was re-running for Alderman, which he successfully did and won the first seat, showing the support he has in Providence.

Death

The man's health was slowly declining until he decided to seclude himself and rarely left his home in result his sickness got even worse, soon his body was fragile and barely functioning leading to his death in 1821.
