The Vailu Valmiran, (Literally, Four Arts) better known as the Bard's College is an international educational institution focused on promoting culture and the arts, as well as Bardmancy.
The Vailu Valmiran was founded in 1865 A.M. by Velulite sisters Inny and Kini Yuln'aher in an abandoned tavern in Elvenesse. Around 1875 another location was opened in Nor'Asath. The college has also been present at Celia'nor and Karosgrad by their traveling Caravan.
