Thoromir Ruric also known as Thoromir II of the House Ruric was the first reigning Earl of Nordengrad, establishing Nordengrad twelve years after the dissolution of the Kingdom of Norland. He's reigned from 1674 to the present date. (WIP)

Early Life
Thoromir was born in 1654, a few years before the dissolution of Norland during the Atlas Coalition War
