The Skanarri, sometimes called Fnod's Folk after the founder of the culture, are one of the many ethnicities that make up the Highlanders subgroup of Humanity. They are a predominantly Nomadic culture, with only a few recorded instances of permanent Skanarri settlements. The Skanarri trace their origins to the Kingdom of Norland back on Arcas, where Fnod the Founder schismed from Norlandic society due to having religious and cultural beliefs that did not align with Norland.
