Thalion Drakon was one of the most well-known Mali'Fenn of his time. A Noble-blooded Elf of the Drakon Bloodline within the Princedom of Fenn. In his four-hundred years he would hold a plethora of positions and titles both within the Fennic' Military, as well as Fennic' politics.
