The 1st Raid on Providence marked the second offensive by Norland and the Ferrymen mercenaries upon the Holy Orenian Empire as the war between the Empire and Norland began. The Norlandic and Ferrymen forces stood on the bridge of Providence as they awaited Imperial citizens. Upon their viewing, a rally of roughly 2,000 Orenian soldiers strode to the bridge, thus starting the skirmish. The battle ultimately ended in the deaths of a portion of the mixed Norlandic and Ferrymen forces, ultimately being driven out of the Empire by the Orenian rally, marking their defensive victory.
