Cassius Horen (13th of Owyn's Flame, 1671 - 17th of Harren’s Folley, 1709) was the child of Prince Tiberius and Princess Theodosia Horen. An Imperial Prince, Statesman, and Knight of the Order of the Red Dragon during the late 17th century, he was hailed for his expertise in war and diplomacy.
