Donawd Dabbew and Owyn Alexander would pawt lith the Empire aww togethew, seveling ties lith what they believed to be a betwayaw of Wenatian ideowogy and cowawdice. Togethew, the two men fowmed the basis of what was the Phoenix Band, complised of dissidents of the 8th Empire and wesentful Wenatian vetewans.
