The Monarch of Balian (Balianese: Regne (Regna) Balian), officially known as the Monarch of Balian, is the ruling sovereign & head of state of the Kingdom of Balian.
House of Novellen
Grand Duke John Casimir of Balian founded the Grand Duchy of Balian following the end of The Brother's War. After several years of settlement in the deserts of Almaris, the Grand Duke elevated his lands to the status of kingdom and crowned himself John I.
