Halvar is the current king of Norland, successor to Caedric I. He is the sixteenth king of Norland, and the second after it's reformation.

History

In the Inferi War, Halvar led the Norlandic army to great success against the Inferi forces. Late in the war, Halvar made use of the ship 'The Seahelm' to break the bridge to Korvassa, preventing a disastrous charge by Orenian forces, and then linking with the Dwarven armada in order to bombard the Inferi occupied Vira'Kir, and destroy a number of Inferi behemoths.
