Daniel de Alence, (Common: Daniel Alencia; Flexio: Daniel de Alence; Raev: Daniel' de Alens; 8 Grand Harvest 1713 - Present) was a Templar and a military leader who founded the Templars of Arjen Cross and led several successful campaigns during the War of Ironwood.

He was Grandmaster of the Templars of Arjen Cross (1736–Present) and Baron of Brunswick (1737–Present). Daniel dominated the Forest Realm of Irrinor and Krugmar in multiple victories led by his command and his Templars. Winning these without no casualties to his brothers-in-arms, known by many to be a pious and a just man, dedicating his life to serving God.



Early life

Daniel's Ancestors descended from Peasant origins from Aeldin, His parents Robert and Mariana de Alence maintained a religious house, his father working the fields and his mother a baker. Daniel was born on 8 of The Grand Harvest, 1713, as the first-born son. He had a younger sister named Marina, after her mother's name Mariana.

Daniel's main influence of his childhood was from his father, who has learned Daniel about farming the fields and be happy with what you have.

When Daniel was 11 years old, his family raised enough money to send him to a school where he would then be taught Scholarship, diplomacy, writing, and reading. Daniel grew interested in the Continent afar, named Arcas. he has learned it's past mistakes and religious figures who ruled over the Church of Canon, eager to sometime visit the said continent.

Early career

Upon finishing his school education, Daniel found himself shortly after working as a servant among royalists, nobilities and gentry alike. after months and months of serving within the noble folks, Daniel has raised enough money to buy a ticket towards Arcas, sadly, he could have not taken any of his family due to the small amounts of money that he was earning, Thus, he sailed towards the Arcas seas alone, starting upon a new journey of enlightenment.

Arrival to Arcas

In 24th of Owyn's Flame, 1735, Daniel arrived at the shores of Arcas, left exhausted and broke, He decided to reside within Oren Capital, Helena.

When Daniel arrived at the city, he was welcomed by a group of nobles who were discussing matters of money, when Daniel had interrupted the conversation, he was severely beaten by a local guard with the nobles commands. Daniel, left angered and frustrated left the city immediately, wandering upon the roads of Arcas trying to find a new settlement to reside within. Daniel's first days consisted of banditing wood elves and Orcs, slowly raising money for his sister, Marina, to arrive at Arcas with him. upon his ventures on the roads, the Daniel has met a new ally by the name of Harper Woad. Together, they would spread the word of Canon fight in God's name.


War of Ironwood

Shortly after his arrival to the shores of Arcas, He began in the slaughter of [Irrinor]'s wood elves, and orcs, claiming he did it in the name of God. He adopted a plan to climb up the trees of Irrinor with his ally, Harper, going towards the inner gates down the tower, and then opening the gates for his allies. this allowed multiple victories for Daniel using this method. as Daniel began harassing the orcs and wood elves, more and more devoted followers of God wished to join his journeys in the slaughter, naming themself the Templars. by said victories, Daniel has gained a reputation over the lands of Oren, noticing the young man victories.

Grandmaster of Arjen Cross

As his group extended marvelously with numbers and manpower, he named them the Order of Arjens Cross, named after the treasure hunter Arjen de Sarkozy who retrieved Lucien I lost artifacts. he was then offered to play a part in Oren's Military, offered his own bridage and a commander rank. he refused the offer stating "We are best when free. God's our only superior.".
