Elizaveta Angelika Tuvyic vas Ruthern (Common: Elisabeth Angeline Carrion-Tuvyic nee Ruthern), otherwise monikered as Veta of Metterden, was an esteemed actress and socialite in Orenian social spheres. Upon her marriage to Ostromir Tuvyic, she first became the Baroness Woldzmir and later the Countess of Dobrov. Later in life, the very month she died, the Countess became infamously involved in an assassination plot against her grandnephew, Henry I of Haense, alongside her sister Irene of Metterden.

Biography
Early life
Lady Elizaveta Angelika Ruthern was born within the confines of the lush plains of Metterden to its Count, Konstantin Ruthern, and his consort Katherine of Nenzing. Unusual for a lady of noble birth in the 18th century, Elizaveta - affectionately monikered Veta by her loved ones - alongside her older sister, Viktoria of Metterden, was from the very young age of seven distinguished from her peers for her wit and taken as a ward by The Queen-Mother, Maya. Henceforth, the two comital ladies were known to be heavily involved in the courts of Hanseti-Ruska, hosting tea parties and other revelries for fellow courtiers. It was around this time, however, that Queen Maya seemed to heavily favor the shrewd Lady Viktoria over young Elizaveta whose head was clouded with whimsy and a love of theater that rendered her to become somewhat reclusive, holing herself within New Reza's library or her father's apartments when he served as the Kingdom's justiciar. By the time Elizaveta was eight, Viktoria (four years her senior) was betrothed to the Crown Prince, then Prince Sigismund, Grand Prince of Kusoraev.
Whilst promenading through the city of distant Oren with her cousin Erik and sister Viktoria, the trio made the acquaintance of one Simon Basrid in a smithy.
