Franz Arthur Sarkozic (Raevir: Franz Iosifovich Sarkozic, Flexio: Franciscus Artorios) was born to Joseph Sarkozic, Baron of Pompourelia and Catherine, Princess Imperial. He was the 3rd Baron of Pompourelia and the 10th Head of Sarkozic. He was named in honor of his great-great grandfather Prince Franz Nikolai of Sutica.
