The Aengul "Yeu Rthulu" is an barely-known and lesser aengul, whose range of power seems to be extremely limited. She is know to have a lesser priesthood that follows her, yet whom comprises that priesthood is even less known about than the aengul herself. The few people whom serve this aengul are not very vocal about their service to her (of which further leads to her ambiguity) yet appear to be more than happy doing such.

What is commonly known of the aengul is that she wishes 'certain' people in the mortal plane to be content and happy with their existence through following a series of laws or 'strictures', promising them a place in some grand joyous afterlife, kept in existence by the aengul herself.
